02. Customer Service
We have a team of professional and experienced Customer Service Executives who will adhere to any customer Transport request or enquiry.
This includes – Arranging adhoc pickups, day to day monitoring of consignments, coordination of special projects, track and trace (POD’s), Provide KPI / DIFOT reports.
03. Benefits

04. Delivery
We will deliver a small carton to a full load to any post code in Australia, utilising suppliers that are:
- Established Transport Providers with genuine National business structure, owners / directors and managers.
- Must be compliant to all Transport industry laws, regulations and standards.
- Must utilise current Online Tracking and Information Technology for Invoicing, Consignment Dispatch and POD’s.
